Write Down What It Is You Want

Write a list of all the reasons you wanted to start exercising in the first place if you’re having trouble getting yourself to the gym or losing interest in your weekly spin class. Consider why you want to be fitter or stronger or why you want to lose weight. Exercise at home

Exercise at home if you itching to feel more at ease on the beach or are fed up with feeling tense after a long day at work. When you can’t be bothered to put on your workout DVD or are considering taking the train home instead of cycling as planned, read that list, and maybe it will provide the motivation you require.

What is The Best Motivation For Exercise?

Give yourself something in return for working out. Sign a commitment contract and make sure that you are going to give yourself a real reward every time you meet your goal. Rethink positive thinking and find your fitness tribe.

It’s no surprise that you don’t enjoy working out if you do the same thing every time. If you’ve had your fill of the gym, yoga, or another jog around the park, try incorporating new exercises or activities into your training routine. To become in shape, you don’t need to use a treadmill or an exercise bike. You can participate in a variety of sports. Instead of riding, enroll in dance classes or go swimming. Join a local rowing club or begin weekly netball or hockey games.

Use trampolines to boost your workout or visit the ice rink or the stables instead of going to the gym. It doesn’t matter if you’re not lifting weights in the gym as long as your blood is flowing and you’re working up a sweat. You’re less likely to lose interest in your workouts if you mix them up, and you’ll have more fun.

When a goal is in sight, most of us work harder. If you truly want to push yourself and become more disciplined,

consider doing something that requires you to raise money for a good cause or compete.
